by Vokes and Peters
Having failed to find the Modernist house of their dreams, this couple bought an architect-designed house from 1982 and turned it into their forever home. The two-stage renovation by Stuart Vokes expanded the original main bedroom, borrowing the triangular geometry from elsewhere in the home.
New doors now open to an extended deck and a green, beautiful garden inspired by Balinese plants. The surrounding light and greenery adds to the drama of this timber triangle house.
