Before taking the AM360 course, I'd not actively focussed on marketing. I'd discussed with colleagues their approaches to marketing, but I've always been lucky to get enough work from word-of-mouth, so hadn't invested in paid marketing.

I wanted to understand how much focus my website really needs, and whether social media is worth the time commitment. However, the most beneficial content was actually paying attention to my USP and framing who my ICA is.

I really enjoyed the DIY tips and approach you have used. And found the content really useful for my small practice.

The 3-week course duration worked well for my learning needs. The format was very well done, and the course was split into manageable bites that could be tackled at my pace. The portal was well set up and easy to follow.

I've always been too shy/scared to ask for testimonials - but can see that all my peers/competitors use them, and client satisfaction is something I'm proud of. Since the course finished, I have followed up with some clients for referrals/testimonials.  

Since the course, I have a prioritised plan to implement - split into 'do now' quick bites and 'do later'. I’m confident with the learnt knowledge for the large tasks (i.e., website upgrade - SEO - analytics tracking).

Before the AM360 course, I was feeling frustrated and slightly overwhelmed. This course has prompted me to change my behaviour and questioned which socials are most relevant to our ICAs.

It is pitched at exactly the right level of detail with more available for those who need it in specific areas, and not too time consuming for busy small business owners.
